Enter Transaction - Edit Menu Options

When you are processing a docket, layby or quote, you can use the options under the EDIT menu to perform various tasks such as editing the order header and choosing between editing items and text.

1. Create a new docket, layby or quote, add the required items then close the Item Details screen.

2. Alternatively, recall an existing docket, layby or quote.

Refer to "Recalling a Docket, Layby or Quote".

Micronet displays the Enter Transaction screen.

3. You can perform any of the following edits or actions on the Enter Transaction screen if required:

• edit the order header - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Header"
• display the accumulated order total - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Total"
• perform a full debtor inquiry - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Inquiry"
• enter an alternative selling price for an order - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Reprice"
• display or enter the order's weight and volume for calculating freight costs - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Weight\Volume"
• change the delivery option, delivery date and/or delivery address on all lines of a quote at once (2.8 feature) - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Set Delivery Info"
• choose to manage either items or text for the order - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Item / Text"
• select the order in which items on the order appear when displayed or printed - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Sort"
• load order details from file or hand held device - refer to "Enter Transaction - Edit - Load from Handheld".
